Our Group Leader selection process is second to none! Our Group Leaders pass through a rigorous screening process to ensure that they have the ‘right stuff’ to succeed.
The most important characteristic shared by our Group Leaders is their desire to selflessly contribute to the growth and success of our Members from both a personal and business perspective. A comprehensive process has been created to evaluate potential Group Leaders to ensure that optimal personality traits and levels of experience are met. We maintain a disciplined approach to the training of each Group Leader, with an emphasis on the values and culture of our organization and the needs of our membership.
