Our Leader selection process is second to none! Our Leaders must pass through a vigorous screening process to ensure they have the “right stuff” to be a success.
Although the baseline for our Group Leaders is that they have been successful CEOs and Presidents, the most important characteristic is that our Leaders are driven by the desire to unselfishly contribute to the growth and success of our Members, both from a personal and business perspective. A comprehensive process has been created to evaluate potential Group Leaders to ensure these traits and levels of experience are met. We have a disciplined approach to the training of each Group Leader with the emphasis on the values and culture of our organization.
