CEO Peer Groups
CEO Global Network is committed to providing Members with the tools, knowledge, and experiences that will allow them to maximize their own, their companies and their families success. The CEO Peer Group curriculum was developed with this in mind:
Monthly confidential half-day sessions
Monthly confidential half-day sessions are led by an experienced Group Leader in groups of up to 16 non-competing CEO Members. Within these sessions, challenges and opportunities are shared between Members, with the knowledge and experience of other Members accessed for suggestion and action. Group accountability helps ensure progress towards each Members highest priority goals. Within this environment, Members bring discussion topics – both business and personal – to a group of caring and experienced peers. Here, feedback is received that cannot be accessed anywhere else.
Monthly confidential one-to-one, two-hour sessions
Confidential, one-to-one, two hour sessions occur monthly between each Member and their Group Leader. During these meetings, Members focus on the issues most vital to their success and growth, their company’s success, and their overall personal success. The focus is on the next actionable steps, and accountability to their Group Leader for their completion.
Networking and learning event opportunities
CEO Global Network provides Members with numerous opportunities to participate in exclusive learning and networking events outside their Groups, including keynotes and workshops presented by world-class thought leaders. View Events.
Organizational Wellness Inventory Assessment (OW-i) *NEW*
The OW-i provides an unbiased assessment of the current health of an organization. It evaluates status as it relates to company stress, company morale, employee lifestyle, employee health, and benefit/wellness plans, and provides actionable suggestions on how to improve in these areas in order to create a happier, healthier, and more cost-effective work environment. Provided in partnership with Heidary Health.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) Assessment
Members are encouraged to complete an Emotional Intelligence (EI) Self Assessment – which reflects the ability to identify, assess, and manage the emotions of one’s self and others and is measured by an Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ-i). Studies have shown that EI is twice as important as both IQ and technical skill for jobs at all levels.
Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)
A 360-degree leadership assessment that incorporates the proven principles of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and enables individuals to measure their leadership competencies and act on their discoveries.
Senior Executive Peer Groups
For those reporting directly to the CEO; CEO Global Network offers the same quality experience to help senior executives and managers develop the skills and knowledge needed to be the best in their current roles, and help them progress to the next level.
Today’s ever-changing business environment has resulted in a pronounced need for lifelong learning. To maintain a competitive advantage, companies must continuously refine and expand their knowledge and skills. To succeed, companies must create an ‘A’ team of senior management and invest in ongoing development to keep them at the top of their game.
The objective of the CEO Global Network Senior Executive program is to provide CEO Members with an outstanding team development opportunity that will sharpen senior executive’s analytical tools, leadership expertise, and management skills. These Groups optimize the development of essential skills; allowing participants to contribute significantly to the success of CEO Member companies in a meaningful and substantial way.
Entrepreneur to Enterprise (E2E) Groups
Our Entrepreneur to Enterprise (E2E) Group curriculum has been developed specifically for the leaders of small but high growth businesses who are willing to invest in themselves in order to grow their company to the next level.
The E2E Group curriculum includes the same experiences and opportunities for learning and networking as the CEO and Senior Executive Group curriculums; the only exception being that the confidential half day peer group sessions occur five times a year versus monthly.
E2E Group Members receive support and guidance that allows them to work “on the business” more and “in the business” less. These Groups focus on strengthening leadership skills and provide focused direction to Members on how to motivate and empower leadership teams to greater accountability and independence.
For our larger Member companies with significant executive or leadership teams, we have created a middle management program to advance leadership and accelerate company growth. These groups are internal to the company, and consist of between 10-16 employees who participant in monthly, four hour meetings facilitated by one of our experienced Group Leaders at the Member company location.
Each Accelerator Group Member also meets quarterly for a one-to-one session with the Group Leader. Accelerator Group Members share goals, challenges and opportunities and become better leaders as a result of learning how to be a more effective team. Accelerator Group Members also receive EI & LPI assessments and participate in CEO Global Network speaker and networking events to connect and learn from other Members.
