Confidentiality Obligation

The following confidentiality obligations will be observed by all Users;

I. Non-Disclosure

Confidential issues and information shared between members of CEO Global and/or CEO Global employees are not to be disclosed to any other person or organization without the express prior permission of all parties involved. This confidentiality obligation includes, but is not limited to, issues and information shared between Users.

II. Communication and Contact

Issues raised within the Website and between Users are, unless already in the public domain, to be treated as fully confidential.

When contacting a CEO Global member about any CEO Global issue, full discretion is required. In particular, members must use all proper care and diligence when talking to any other CEO Global members' employees, sending faxes or e-mails to members (that may be viewed by other parties) and when leaving voice-mail messages for Users.

III. Controlled Access

Access to the members-only area of the CEO Global Website, and the information contained therein, must be protected at all times and users must always secure their personal User Name and password information as fully confidential.

IV. Non-Solicitation of Business

All Users of the members-only portion of the Website area agree that the directories and e-mail addresses contained within that members-only area will not be used for solicitation of business by any member or User. This information may not be used to compile marketing, advertising or other contact lists of any kind.
