Jamie is an experienced CEO and passionate team builder, who has enjoyed an extremely successful senior leadership career with Tree of Life Canada—one of Canada’s largest distributors of specialty and natural foods.
Jamie began his leadership career in senior finance and marketing positions before being appointed President of Tree of Life Canada in 2003, a role he held for over 16 years. Under Jamie’s leadership, Tree of Life Canada expanded its business significantly through internal organic growth and multiple successful acquisitions into new and growing markets.
Since May 2019, Jamie has been Vice Chair of the Tree of Life Canada Advisory Board, EVP Corporate Development at Tree of Life Canada, and an advisor to Tree of Life and KeHE Distributors LLC —a leading U.S. distributor of natural and specialty food products with over $5.5B in revenue.
Jamie is a CPA/CA and earned an HBA, Business from Ivey Business School at Western University. A Founding Member of CEO Global Network, Jamie understands first-hand the transformational impact that a peer group and mentor can have on the business and personal success of a CEO.
Jamie and his wife Jacquelynn live in Jordan, Ontario and spend much of the winter at their home in Naples, Florida.

Michelle Micuda had a very successful 17 years at Staples Professional, the Canadian business-to-business division of Staples, in a variety of leadership roles including VP, Operations, VP, Sales and the last 5 years as President. During her tenure, she was intimately involved in multiple acquisitions from sourcing, deal terms and operational integration. She was instrumental in driving organizational strategy, P&L performance and organizational culture by leading through change and creating stability.
Before joining Staples Professional, she was Chief Operating Officer of IT Xchange, an IT distribution company, where she helped lead the company through rapid growth from start up to $60M+ in sales with responsibility for overseeing worldwide Finance, Operations, HR and IT with facilities in Canada, US, UK. Michelle also worked at TD Bank for 7 years in personal and commercial banking in the branch network and head office, as well as in Human Resources.
Michelle is currently the Board Chair of Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes where she successfully navigated the unification oversight with Amity Goodwill and continues to provide board governance while supporting the CEO.
She received her Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and her MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Michelle and her family live in Oakville.

Rob is a results-driven leader with over 20 years’ experience planning and implementing global business and technology solutions in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
An award-winning CIO, Rob is responsible for managing our innovation process to explore opportunities and develop strategies and technologies that fuel our ability to better serve our Members. An active community builder, Rob also provides valuable leadership and guidance as we continue to identify and implement initiatives that allow us to build a stronger, more diverse and inclusive CEO Global Network.
Rob served as Chief Information Officer for the City of Toronto for six years before departing in 2019. During his tenure, Rob provided leadership for the delivery of integrated information and communication technology solutions that enabled and drove service excellence. Rob provided executive leadership for the City’s inaugural Civic Innovation Office and Smart City Program both established to drive bold innovation and transformation to address real civic problems and opportunities.
Prior to joining the City of Toronto, Rob spent four years as CIO for the City of Brampton. His department won many global, national and provincial industry awards under his leadership, and Rob became the first Canadian municipal CIO to be named to the prestigious global CIO 100 Honoree list.
Rob has also held various leadership positions within the private sector in operations, customer service, marketing, e-business and information technology, and serves on the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management’s Advisory Council and various other Board Advisory roles in the profit and not-for-profit sectors.
He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.

Chief Strategy Officer, Group Leader & Mentor
Ron’s corporate career has spanned three blue-chip companies: Unilever [A & W], General Mills [Red Lobster] and Petro-Canada [Retail].
During his 11 years with A&W, Ron held senior franchising and marketing roles, and was a member of the five-person team of executives that developed the “turnaround” strategy to enable the phase out of an aging drive-in business, and the birth and subsequent growth of the food court, store front and free-standing restaurant business that exists today.
In the next six years of his career as Executive Vice President of Red Lobster Canada for General Mills, Ron was responsible for 70 corporate restaurants and over 4000 employees, and helped lead Red Lobster to unprecedented levels of profitability.
In early 90s, Ron became a key member of the senior team at Petro-Canada. Over his 17-year tenure, he was initially responsible for retail operations in Western Canada with full P&L responsibility for over 700 retail locations representing approximately $1.75B of business. Subsequently, as head of marketing, Ron reinvigorated the organization’s marketing function through the introduction/implementation of numerous successful innovations including ‘WinterGas’ and ‘Canada’s Gas Station’, and the co-creation of ‘Petro-Points’ – market breakthroughs that continue to endure as relevant points of difference for the company.
In additional to being a Group Leader and Mentor to CEOs and Senior Executives, Ron is also our Chief Strategy Officer and a founding faculty member of our Global Leadership Training Program (GLTP)—where he plays a key role in course design and curriculum development.
Ron and his wife reside in Toronto and his passions include family, travel, golf, and Rotary International.

Rick McClelland is a 35+ year veteran in the transportation and logistics industry. He has a broad background and a demonstrated track record of driving top-line and bottom-line results through innovation and balancing strategic and operational business priorities. He is a strong communicator of strategic and operational priorities at the board level, within the financial community, and to employees.
Rick is the former Chairman and CEO of Dynamex (now TForce) the leading provider of same-day transportation and distribution services in North America. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamex from 1986 until 2008 and served as Chairman and a Director until 2011.
As CEO, Rick oversaw the completion of over 60 acquisitions and directed a network of operating locations throughout Canada and the United States. He led a group of direct reports responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, operations, finance, accounting, HR, labor relations and the company’s acquisition program. In total, the team at Dynamex consisted of over 7,000 drivers and inside staff.
