An accomplished and celebrated business leader with extensive experience in marketing, sales, strategic planning and leadership development, Randy served as President of Walt Disney Travel Company and EVP of Worldwide Sales and Travel Operations for Disney Destinations for over 20 years. He played a significant role in the largest period of expansion in the history of the Disney Theme Parks and Resorts segment—which grew from $4.5B to $15.1B during his tenure.—and helped create and lead a host of new business ventures for Disney, including the launch and subsequent fleet expansions of Disney Cruise Line, the opening of six new theme parks and 27 new resort hotels, and the development of new international resort destinations in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Randy also led The Disney Institute, which provides training and management consulting services to businesses around the globe.
Before joining Disney, Randy spent almost eight years with Universal Studios where he served as Vice President of Sales at Universal Studios Hollywood before being promoted to the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing for Universal Studios Florida—which he helped to successfully launch and then expand to a destination resort. Previous positions include Regional Vice President of Sales for Royal Viking cruise line and a variety of operations, sales, and marketing roles within TWA.
Randy has deep insight into the powerful changes sweeping the global economy and has helped numerous organizations outside of the travel and tourism sector adapt and transform the way they operate within a changing environment. Consulting engagements have ranged from working with the healthcare industry to reinvent its approach to patient service, helping automotive manufacturers transform their sales and service process, and assisting the National Football League with customer service at multiple Super Bowls.
In recognition of his numerous accomplishments, Randy was inducted into the US Travel Industry Hall of Leaders in 2013, sharing the honor with such notable past inductees as Walt Disney, Isadore Sharp (the founder of Four Seasons Hotels) and Bill Marriott.
Randy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Destination Canada, the U.S. Travel Association, Ardent Leisure, and Rocky Mountaineer—where he chairs the Corporate Governance, Strategy, and Nominating Committee for the world’s largest privately held luxury railroad.
Randy attended UCLA where he studied political science and pre-law. He and his wife Ann divide their time between homes in Central Florida and Stratford Ontario.

Hugh brings a strong record of leadership success to his role as a CEO Global Network Group Leader. He has more than forty years’ experience across a wide range of businesses and industries in Canada, the U.S. and internationally, and has been CEO of three different private and public companies. Hugh now focuses his passion for leadership excellence on his global executive coaching and leadership development work.
Through his own company—Winning Leadership, Inc.—as well as through his association with global leadership organizations KDVI and INSEAD, Hugh shares his experience and expertise with CEOs, senior leaders, and their teams across industries as diverse as banking, airline catering, life insurance, aerospace, entertainment, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
Earlier in his career, Hugh was CEO of Digital Communications Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company in the U.S., President of West Coast Video in the U.K., and President of VTR Video Inc. (a media manufacturing subsidiary of Standard Broadcasting Corporation) in Toronto. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Molson Breweries, ICG Corporation (a vertically integrated energy company), McKim Advertising, and brand and sales manager positions at General Foods Ltd. and Colgate Palmolive (UK).
Hugh is also the Founder and CEO of Tasimba LLC, an organization that leads individuals and groups on deeply immersive, life-changing safaris in a vast, private wilderness teeming with wildlife in his home country of Zimbabwe.
Although Hugh currently lives in California, he retains strong business and family ties to Southern Ontario, with two young granddaughters and their families based in Toronto.

Ian has been an important part of CEO Global Network for many years having first joined a Senior Executive Group in 2006. At the time, he was the Vice President of Operations at Toronto Hydro Telecom.
Ian became the President of Cogeco Data Services after Toronto Hydro Telecom was sold to Cogeco for $215M in 2008. He was recruited to be the President & COO of Atria Networks, a Birch Hill Equity company in 2009, where he worked closely with John Piercy, Atria’s CEO, to build a very successful company which they sold to Rogers in 2011 for over $400M. He worked with Rogers senior leadership to integrate Atria and left in late 2011 to pursue other opportunities in transitional interim leadership with companies needing to define a new leadership structure and direction.
He was also the COO of CEO Global Network from 2013 to 2020 before becoming the interim President of Vybbe.
Ian is currently the Owner & President of Claremont Holdings Inc. a company that has helped many CEOs and companies succeed through better strategic planning and execution as well as being a partner in the recently established Clarus Advisory Group with a focus on leveraging his experiences in preparing companies for a sale, merger or acquisition.
He has been on a number of Boards including Zip Telecom and as Chair of ENVI Networks, assisting both in successful dispositions.
Ian is a professional engineer (retired) and has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from McMaster University and a diploma in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier.
He is an avid golfer and Past President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Oakville Golf Club and is a member of the Board of his community in Ft Myers, Florida.

Lenna is an innovative, strategic leader with over 25 years’ experience successfully leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation. With a focus on aligning people, process, and systems, Lenna has a demonstrated ability to uncover synergies that enhance effectiveness and a passion for creating cultures that support growth and performance excellence.
Lenna is currently a Mentor to a number of our Members. She is also a member of our Global Leadership Training Program faculty, and serves as our diversity lead. In her consulting practice, Lenna draws on her career experience to support companies on their diversity, equity and inclusion journeys.
As Canada’s first female Chief of Police, Lenna led a team of over 200 police and civilian staff and managed an operating budget of $11 million for the Guelph Police Service.
Since leaving policing, Lenna has held numerous leadership positions including Executive Director of Patient Ombudsman; Vice-President, Resident & Community Services Division at Toronto Community Housing Corporation; and Vice-President, Operational Services at OMERS Infrastructure (formerly Borealis). As Senior Vice-President/Chief Security & Compliance Officer at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Lenna created the Office of Player Protection—ultimately leading 1,500 employees located throughout the province, and responsible for an operating budget $92 million. As Executive Director for the City of Toronto Municipal Licensing and Standards Division, Lenna led a staff of 380 across 11 locations and managed a budget in excess of $33 million in expenditures and $20 million in revenues. Lenna has also been an Advisor to start-up technology company, SceneDoc.
Lenna believes strongly in contributing to one’s community. She served as President of the Board of Directors of the U of T Alumni Association from 2013 to 2015 and as Vice-Chair, Board of Regents at Victoria University (U of T) from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Lenna is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of ADAPT, a member of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee of Achēv, and a member of the Governance Committee of The Lighthouse for Grieving Children.
A visionary change leader, Lenna was acknowledged as one of ‘Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100’ in 2006 and is a past ‘Top 40 Under 40’ recipient. She has a Master of Public Administration degree from Queen’s University and BA from Victoria University at the University of Toronto.
Lenna and her husband, Gord Loukes, reside in Oakville and are the proud parents of Stephanie.

Ron has held several key leadership positions over his 30-year career in the foodservice, hospitality and retail sectors and is an authority on growing recognized brands and shaping winning cultures to produce results.
Ron has led such well-known brands as Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada, Harvey’s Division of Cara Operations, Williams Coffee Pubs Ltd., and most recently served as the Executive Director of the Canadian Tire Dealers’ Association. A self-proclaimed ‘Hamburger Fan’, Ron was also the Director of Operations for Webers Restaurants between 1992 and 1995.
As COO of Cara’s $260M Harvey’s Division, Ron oversaw 330 locations and initiated a comprehensive overhaul of operating standards. As COO of Williams Coffee Pubs, Ron had full P&L and operational responsibility and increased store sales by 14% over a two-year period. During Ron’s tenure leading Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada, he was responsible for 370 locations generating $700M in sales and led the operations to their most profitable year ever. And as Executive Director of Canadian Tire Dealers’ Association, Ron provided strategic support, advice and guidance to 490 Canadian Tire dealers.
