Tony Martino

Tony Martino

Tony brings excellent business and leadership experience to our team. His results- focused insights are derived from over 30 years in senior leadership roles across multiple disciplines including business operations, human resources, finance, marketing, customer relationship management, outsourced services, supply chain, business transformation and sustainability.  A Certified Master Business and Executive Coach and a Certified Group Coach, Tony is a respected business mentor with hundreds of coaching hours under his belt. Tony is also the Co-Founder and President of JTX Inc., an organization focused on identifying, aligning and improving sales effectiveness and sales leadership.

Tony held significant senior leadership team roles during his long and successful career at Xerox Canada Ltd. As Vice President – Business Operations & Chief Privacy Officer, Tony was responsible for the quality and integrity of Xerox Canada’s $1.2 billion cash portfolio and the supply chain management operation. Tony is Lean Six Sigma certified and was also responsible for Xerox Canada’s Lean Six Sigma framework, focused on business process improvement and change management, enabling true business transformation – a critical enabler of Xerox’ remarkable business turnaround.

As Vice President – Human Resources, Communications & Corporate Affairs, Tony developed and implemented leading-edge Human Resources strategies and programs to develop the company’s talent. During this time he was also responsible for programs expanding the company’s capacity for positive change; resulting in significant improvement in Xerox Canada’s culture and profitability.

Tony also served as Vice President – Client Operations where he was responsible for Xerox Canada’s $150 million document services and on-site facility management business, with over 300 clients nationally and 1,000 employees. Under his leadership, sales increased by 11% and profit increased by 14%.

Tony is a frequent speaker at conferences and currently sits on the Advisory Boards of several privately owned companies. He has also served on the Board of Governors for the National Quality Institute of Canada, and the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and Skills for Change where he was the Chair of the HR & Governance Committee.

He has an MBA in international business and finance from the Schulich School of Business and a BA in commerce and French from the University of Toronto.

Tony and his wife Heather have two daughters and live in Markham. They enjoy traveling, golf and ballroom dancing. Tony is also a member of an internationally renowned choral group, having performed in Canada, the United States and Russia.

As the Country Manager for Right Management Consultants, Bob directed all Canadian operations in both Career Transition and Organizational Consulting through 26 company managed offices and in conjunction over 300 Right offices worldwide helping customers “Manage the Human Side of Change”.

Prior to leading Miller Dallas, Bob was the Managing Director of First Human Capital Management where he developed a highly successful Human Capital Partnership.

As the Country Manager for Right Management Consultants, Bob directed all Canadian operations in both Career Transition and Organizational Consulting through 26 company managed offices and in conjunction over 300 Right offices worldwide helping customers “Manage the Human Side of Change”.

At Murray Axmith & Associates, he led the company to a record level of profitable growth through high customer service levels and brand development. He then orchestrated the integration of Axmith into Right Management Consultants.

Bob also served as a Director and General Manager of the non-card division of Hallmark Cards Canada.

He graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed the Executive Marketing Program at Columbia University. Since 2000, Bob has acted as a mentor to the graduating MBA business class at Rotman School of Management.

Linda has over 20 years’ experience helping companies achieve and exceed their sales goals and has worked in the financial services, manufacturing, technology, transportation, printing, and insurance sectors.

Linda is also the Founder & CEO of The Kern Group—a company specializing in fractional sales leadership, strategy, training, and consulting. As part of her private practice, Linda leads a Sales Leaders Peer Group and also works one-on-one with Sales Leaders.

Linda is a graduate of UBC is currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Mississauga Board of Trade.  She has been married for almost 30 years (to a sales professional, of course), has two adult daughters, and lives in Mississauga.

Craig Hinkley

Craig has a strong technology background having recently sold CloudBolt Software where he was CEO. Prior to joining CloudBolt Software he was CEO of NTT Security and CEO of WhiteHat Security both located in San Jose, CA. Craig has experience in the venture and private equity backed private company market having completed two acquisitions & a merger creating $750M+ in Enterprise Value for investors.

Earlier in his career Craig was SVP of Network Services at Bank of America; VP of Architecture & Technology at Cisco; VP/GM, HP Networking Americas and VP/GM of Tibco’s LogLogic Business Unit in Palo Alto, CA.  

He is currently an Advisor to Let’s Go Racing, a UK company that exists to connect innovative global brands to the power of F1 racing.

He is also an Advisor to MEvolution, Inc., based out of Palo Alto CA, which is a human-performance company that elevates people from energy deficit to energy mastery for the age of AI.

Originally from Australia, Craig is a graduate of Swinburne University of Technology located in Melbourne.

He has an established track record of generating accelerated growth and transforming businesses on an international scale in both the private and public sectors through the development of effective leadership teams and operational best practices.

Most recently, Tim concurrently served as President of Canadian operations and Managing Director of Northwest USA for Castle Metals – one of the world’s leading specialty steel distributors. Tim was responsible for the completion of a 3-year strategic growth plan which involved re-engineering sales, supply chain and operational performance.

Previously Tim held the positions of President of Cymat Technologies – a TSX listed company, and Vice President Sales & Marketing at Comtek Advanced Structures Inc.

Tim was also a Mentor with Innovation Factory in Hamilton for 5 years, and has been a Guest Speaker for the MBA programmes at both McMaster University and the University of Waterloo.
